Empowering Southern Brooklyn Through Community
At the Marine Park Young Adults Association, our mission goes beyond organizing events — we strive to build a stronger, more connected southern Brooklyn by creating meaningful opportunities for residents to engage, learn, and lead.
Our work is deeply rooted in the belief that lasting change begins at the community level, through real conversations, inclusive cultural experiences, and hands-on service. Whether we’re hosting a neighborhood trivia night, facilitating a Climate Café discussion, or planting trees in a local park, everything we do is driven by a commitment to civic engagement, environmental awareness, and community well-being.
Honest Conversations. Shared Resilience. Local Climate Action.
Climate Café South Brooklyn is a welcoming, all-ages initiative that creates space for open, supportive conversations about climate change and its personal and local impacts.
